The GOATS of Landa

The goats at Landa have been part of the landscape for as long as anyone can remember. They’re friendly, curious—and love being petted! Visitors of all ages enjoy spending time with them, and they’ve become a beloved attraction in the park.

These calm animals add life and charm to the area. Each goat has its own personality—on quiet mornings, you might spot them standing on a bench, gazing at the horizon, or coming over to greet our guests.

Our goats are anything but shy!

Bronze Age House

At the Bronze Age houses, visitors can join exciting guided tours that offer a fascinating glimpse into the area's rich history. Our guides share how people once lived and worked here, and the site has been preserved to reflect its historical charm. A must-see for anyone interested in local cultural heritage.

The archaeological finds at Landa are unique, revealing over 2,000 years of history—from the Bronze Age around 1500 BC to the Migration Period around 600 AD.

During a visit to Landa, both children and adults can take part in fun and educational activities. We also welcome group visits year-round.

Landa Park

Landa Park is a peaceful place where we host yoga retreats surrounded by beautiful nature.

The park can also be rented as an atmospheric venue for weddings, Christmas parties, and other special events. It’s a versatile space filled with life, history, and tranquility.

Originally a museum, Landa Park opened to tourists a few years ago. Our goal is to share this unique place with visitors—offering a space to relax, learn about Norwegian culture, and explore the stunning nature of Forsand.

It’s not luxurious—it’s rustic and authentic. As Landa Park continues to grow, we hope to offer even more in the future.
